Hi, seems like the LitJson is dedicated to the public domain and I don’t need to give it a credit, and my game can still be all rights reserved (since he has waived all of his rights Deed - CC0 1.0 Universal - Creative Commons) and I can even earn money out of my game and even distribute the library (Since this is a reference in my game and it is in my assets folder it will be count as distribution, so, yea.)
My question is, are games with LitJson allowed to get into Steam greenlight?
I am asking you because there is no way to get in touch with the developer at their github page.
No worries about Stream or permission, it’s public domain. If you’re a nice person make a credits with special thanks and put the library and his github alias or name in there next to LitJSON.
But my game can be applied into “Steam Greenlight” in order to get into Steam as a game (paid/free) even though I use that external library?
Yes.
