little bit help needed.

i need a bit help . i’d like to start uploading free assets to the unity asset page , they aren’t anything that special , but i need something to teach my self at 3d-modeling .
and i can’t do that if i dont have a goal to catch .

i use 3d-coat and i have full rights in there so assets should be ok to use in commercial work too .

problem is it i dont know how to upload my 3d files .

so ye question is : how to upload 3d assets in unity forums ,for everyone to use?
