In Shader Graph, some times show a live preview, such as the output of something being multiplied by Time:

However, this live change doesn’t seem to flow through to the final output of the shader graph, to the final preview window. Is there a way to get the final preview to update in realtime? Right now, I’m having to actually run the game to verify that time-based effects play out the way I want.
Just here to say that I noticed this problem too and I’m surprised no one else bothered to report it too after OP did last October

It’s important that you report these issues together with a reproduction project if you want them to get fixed. If you don’t do it, it might be a long time until someone else reports them or until Unity Technologies find them.
After you submitted the bug-report, you receive a confirmation email with a bug-report Case number. You can post the Case number (number only, not the link) in this forum thread for Unity staff to pick up, in case they see it.
