hi, Livestream seems to be broken today again.
It stopped working yesterday.
We did have an outage over the weekend, but the Livestream service should be up and running now.

Livestream is not working again.
Livestream should be operational now.
The underlying cause was an issue with our cache server. This only affects Livestream data, so the Analytics service is otherwise unaffected.
We are actually in the process of migrating to a different cache server which will hopefully reduce the amount of outages like this.

Hello. is it malfunctioning today ? My game has a very low download rate today (it’s 3 times lower than usual). Not sure if it’s because of google play research being bad to my game (like it happens from time to time) or if it’s about livestream … can you tell ? thanks

We are looking into a couple of Livestream issues.
- The map doesn’t seem to be functioning correctly
- The numbers may be under reported
If you could DM me with your Project ID and what specific number is under reported for you, that would be very helpful.

Yes, it looks closer for me too, but still a bit low.
I’ve checked yesterday’s “new users” number on the overview panel, and it’s normal. So the livestream’s “new users” number was indeed, not working correctly “in live”, yesterday.
