Hi,
How do I load apps on my testers’ Windows phones?
I can do it just fine for my own phone, but I have the SDK, VS, etc.

You’ll need to submit it to the store by following the steps in this article. It sounds a lot like using TestFlight form the iOS side of things.
Our QA department all have SDK installed - that’s the only way to sideload (install not through the store) apps.
Plus, SDK is free, so there shouldn’t be any problems
Wait, there’s NO WAY to load an app without using the SDK?
I can do this on iPhone (mobileprovision) and Android (just deploy) very easily. I have to have my beta testers install the SDK??
This a massive roadblock for most of my users. I can’t believe Microsoft would make this type of mistake.

Well,
there is a tool called “Application Deployment”, but I’m not sure if it’s available to install separately.
