Local rotation to muscle flex values

Hi guys, is there any API-function that converts a local joint rotation (quaternion) to a set of muscle flex values that may be used for Mecanim animation? For instance the rotation of the right upper leg to ‘Right Upper Leg Front-Back’, ‘Right Upper Leg In-Out’ and ‘Right Upper Leg Twist In-Out’ values. If not, what is the correct (or recommended) way to do it? Sorry, if this question has been asked already, but I couldn’t find it up to now.

Use the default values - unless you want to limit the range of motion.
