I’m using Unity 2021.3.2f1 and have “Enable Pre-Release Packages” enabled too, yet the Localization update or any update for that matter isn’t showing.
How can I tell Unity to show me the Localization 1.3.2 update?
I’m not sure how the package manager decides to show the packages, it seems to be different on each version 
The simplest thing to do is to edit the manifest.json file in the Packages folder and just change the version manually.
