Locatable Camera - manual white balance and exposition settings

For our project we need a manual control over advanced settings of Locatable Camera. The current Unity implementation in class PhotoCapture does not allow it. Are there some plans to add it in future releases?

We tried to solve this problem on Microsoft HoloLens Bootcamp. They recommended us to use class Windows.Media.Capture.MediaCapture for it, but even with a great support from Microsoft people we did not found a way how to obtain both camera location matrices and effectively transfer data to Unity texture (several implementations tried including FrameReader or AdvancedPhotoCapture). Is there available some description of implementation or source codes of PhotoCapture class? That would help us a lot.

Thanks in advance for any reaction.

Hello,

I will check with the engineers to see what we can find, however I believe the hololens will automatically try to balance out the camera. Here is the documentation in the mean time for the Photo capture class.

Hello, thanks for reply. This is exactly what we want to avoid. Our target is to create multiple photos with the same settings and then join them together in a single scene. With the automatic balance, colors and lighting do not match - edges between photos are visible.

Any feedback from the engineers? Thank you
