Hi everyone,
I have online unity account but I forgotten to update my old number in 2fa.
I’m now using new phone number.
Big mistake as now I when try to login to unity account, although I enter correct password
and username, it redirected me to 2fa page. Effectively locking me out.
I never updated 2fa settings because I forgotten about it, unity never asked me for 2fa
when login.Only now it is asking.
As you can see, my forum access is unaffected.
I still have access to my email address.
I already send support issue created few days ago but when I try to access support,
I have to login to check my support ticket and that need 2fa.
So now I’m can’t even check for unity support.
Anyone has any idea.
I’m panicking right now as I’m worried that I will soon lose access to my unity hub in my pc.
I have access to my primary email but no access to my old phone number
which i used as 2fa authentication.
