Hi All,
unfortunately due to AMD drivers not working on ubuntu 16 I’ve had to reinstall my whole system. I’ve installed lubuntu 15.04. Installed unity, that has worked formally on my old 15.04 system with no issue from day one. Now I’m getting the hanging on unity start screen issue. I’ve added the packages directory to local as per loads of threads, but this hasn’t helped. I’ve shown my editor log below but can’t work out what’s the issue? Can anyone advise please?

Should add I’ve made sure every dependency is present and added the packages folder.
What’s odder is if I run an executable it just hangs on a blue screen. The choose quality dialogue open I choose resolution and start. game window open and it just hangs. No unity start up message, just a blue box. The close X won’t work. I have to kill -9 the process.
Also to add if I run ldd it seems everything is there?

This is mad, if I run from command line as root it gets up to a a recent projects window. But this is blank. This looks like a lot of issues I’ve read about on here, but no solution appears to work
Sorry I keep posting but hope someone will be able to help if I give more info, I tried running a finished game as sudo, the terminal printout locks up at importing game controller configs :s
