For Pixyz Products:
Open Windows File Explorer.
In the address bar, type %AppData%/PiXYZproduct and press Enter.
Locate the lastSession.log file in the folder that opens.
Once you have located the log files, you can attach them to your support request (technical support form). This will help the team to better understand the issue you are experiencing and provide a more accurate solution.
