I want to make a game where the camera is above the object and i can rotate this object left and right just moving the mouse. I want my person always look at the arrow and also look horizontal. There are lots of examples with rays but my person looks at some point in the floor. In general, it will look like the tank strategy with a rotating turret. Help me please.
