a week or so ago i was looking throu the scripting refence and ran across a function that renders a object with mutliple meshes on it, depending on its distance from the camera. basically it allows me to use a low poly mesh and a long distance, and med poly mesh once its closer, and a high poly mesh when detail can be seen.
I can not seen to find that function any longer if anyone knows what function i am refering to your answer would be greatly apricated.
