Looking for a good tutorial on how to get started with URP (and lighting)

My background is from coding, I’m no artist, but I started to take my first steps towards that recently but I just hit a huge bump.
Whenever I create a new URP or HDRP I just can’t do a proper basic illumination on a standard gameobject Cube. I’ve watched and read several tutorials but they all start with a preconstructed scene and I can’t figure out what I am doing wrong.
I’ve attached a print showing my newly created scene with everything black to help better illustrate my point.

I’m looking for some guidance on how to correct this or a link or two to a (starter) tutorial that explains these problems.
