I’m about to buy a new laptop but I can’t decide what is better, my first option is buying a macbook pro (the basic model) with an cpu of 4 core running on 1.4GHz to 3.9 GHz., 8GB ram and Intel Iris Plus Graphics 645, this setup could be running Unity without problems? or maybe should I buy a gaming laptop?
Could it run on what you posted? Yeah, I mean, you could open Unity and move a few GameObjects around. If you want to work in Unity at least comfortably, I would get something with a decent dedicated video card and 16gb ram if you can swing it.

Well, nowadays I have a lenovo legion, Unity run pretty well but it’s very uncomfortable when I have to travel and carry the laptop(its weight is around 5 or 6 kg) but I’m gonna try to looking laptop with similar specs of that lenovo legion. Cheers!
