Looking for a specific asset - a hand painted cliff and waterfall.

Hi all,
I’ve spent the day looking for an asset (I think) I stuck on my wishlist ages ago and now I have a need for it I can’t find it any more.
The asset was a model of a cliffside with a waterfall in it and all the textures were animated so the water would flow. It had hand painted textures and multiple layers to give the water depth and edges and shores - a cross between Torchlight and Wind Waker in style. There were also little whorls or gusts of visible animated wind. I vaguely recall it had an odd name that meant it didn’t show up when I was searching the asset store for cliffs and waterfalls at the time (or this time for that matter)

Is this ringing any bells? I’ve spent quite a few hours searching google and the asset store for every combination of keywords that make any sense and I’d dearly love to give this person some money now.

Sadly no, there was a very World of Warcraft vibe to the textures in the promo images. Thanks though :slight_smile:

I’m actually looking for some references, and what your describing sounds a lot like what I want to do, so if you find it, please post it (I’ll also look around the asset store for it)!

It was as mostly how the animations were achieved I was interested in and I can probably figure that bit out myself with trial and error and time but if you’re interested in the graphical style this artist on sketchfab has some downloadable models you could examine that are very close (no animations as far as I know)

And yes, if I find it and I didn’t imagine the whole thing I’ll be shouting it from the rooftops :slight_smile: I’ve trawled the asset store though, I’m beginning to suspect it was maybe removed from sale or something.

I found quickly with “waterfall” but I’m pretty sure OP would’ve found 'em and so I doubt he’s looking for those.
