we(me and a friend) are currently doing an RPG in 3D since almost a year, we have released already a Early Alpha version and in a month our Alpha will get also rolled out, aside i had a small project planned, its a simple 2D Game and within time it gets more complex, if you interessted in, i could guide you through the architecture and let you do the Coding,
with a git repo we would do the version management,
we would plan every 2 weeks a review (mostly on sundays) - review your code,
talk through the problems you had, what felt good and easy, what are the next steps, what to refactor before progressing … etc,
