Here’s an environment I did using Blender and Unity HDRP.
It’s based on a SiChen Wang concept art.

I used the properties of the Deferred lighting to add many real-time light (without shadow) that let me micro tweak my values across the scene with minimal cost, while maintaining low res lightmap.
