Lost phone and Two Factor Authentication app

Hi,
As the title says, I lost my phone and authentication app. So I can’t log in to my main account. I tried to create a support ticket but didn’t get any response from the support team. My support ticket number is: #1743468 / https://support.unity.com/hc/requests/1743468 . And it was created from 6 Jan 2024, I can’t log in to my main account, I want to know if there is any other way to get support? My account’s registered email is still working, I can also prove it with my visa card or paypal account that I usually use to buy assets.
This is the new account I created and my lost account is another account.
Please help me!
