Lost settings

I think I’ve screwed up big time.
I made the mistake of loading up a Unity 3 project back into Unity iPhone 1.7 and then trying to load it back again in to Unity 3 (lack of sleep, click on the old Unity iPhone icon and it’s the same project I was working on (removed old Unity icon from the dash board now)).
Anyway this seems to of lost all my information in the project file. The assets are still there, but nothing is assigned to anything, so I’ve got 60+ models at wrong scales, no materials assigned to them, no colliders or scripts.
100+ Prefabs I’ve got to remake.
I’ve got scripts that had 400+ prefabs assigned to them that now have nothing. It’s looking like I’m basically going to have to start from scratch again unless there’s any way of getting theses setting back again?
Does anyone have any possible ideas for doing this or at least know where Unity keeps this ‘user generated’ stuff so I can at least back it up so I never do this again. Maybe the old Time Machine may of backed it up?
So angry over this and it’s all my own fault.

Any help at all would be welcomed.

Cheers,
Mike.

If you copy over the project folder from Time Machine then everything will be restored to the way it was when that project folder was backed up.

Yeah, I’ve just done that. It was mass panic and A LOT of loud swearing going on, on my part for a while there.
That was such a relief. I only started to use Time machine about two months ago as well when I started to get the beach ball appearing a lot on screen. That’s saved me so much work.
Thanks for your very quick reply Eric.

Cheers,
Mike.
