Low ECPM even with 400k impressions

Hi everybody. I have released a mobile game on the Android. I have gathered almost 50.000 downloads in a month and a half and have over 7.5k daily active users, yet i only have a ECPM of around 1.67 dollars. I am wondering what i could do to hit the target of 6-12 dollars that Unity says is the average rate. Should i use enhance and integrate multiple ad networks for higher revenue?
