Low FPS play mode while doing LEGO tutorial. Is it normal ?

I just launched the tutorial and can barely move around in the scene in play mode. Around 9fps.

The mouse look is extremely laggy too.

Is play mode supposed to be this slow? Or is the lego tutorial too heavy for it?

My pc should be able to handle this scene… (3080, i9, 32g)
