Low-level Native Plugin Interface sample crashes

I am having issues trying to run the sample located here:

Opening the included project crashes the editor. Has anyone run into this issue or know what might be going on?

I am running on Window 7, Visual Studio 2008 Pro, and Unity Pro 4.1.5f1.

Has anyone tried the demo on the latest version of Unity?
