Lunar Flight now available on Steam!

I’m very happy to announce that my game Lunar Flight has finally been published on Steam. If anyone is interested I used Ludositys Steamworks Wrapper for the Steam SDK integration.

Woa! Great work sh0v0r, it seems very addictive and much polished!

Always nice to see Unity games doing well, the trailer seems very pretty and the game seems polished. I wish you lots of success for this! Just out of curiosity how long did it take to get Steam approval and also how hard was the wrapper to use?

Fantastic Original Nice

Environment Reality of Surface Moon

Congrats!

If I may ask, how long did the whole approval process take?
And how did you do the Steam integration? Did you use a 3rd party asset store tool?

When the trailer opened with “Classic Gaming Reborn” I thought it was just a rehash of Lunar Lander. You took that game to a whole new level. I’ll buy it when I get home!

Wow…looks very cool. Nice job thumbs up

Sorry that I didn’t get to play this tonight, but I did buy it. Tomorrow I have plans and then work, but I look forward to playing it. Expect questions!

AWESOME ! been awesome since the start, and it improved since then ! GREAT WORK man !

Why is it Windows only? Press a single button and you have a Mac version :expressionless:

I don’t own a Mac and can’t test it, I don’t want to release something that hasn’t been tested properly.

I played it for about 2 hours last night, it’s pretty hard. Although in quad-view the two rights views didn’t look like anything, which I couldn’t quite understand.

I’d like to add that business of registering made no sense to me. What if I didn’t care about leaderboards? It seemed like an unnecessary hindrance to jumping into the game.

Awesome and great work!

I’d test it for you if you want. I’m quite sure it works out of the box, though.

I’m running L.F on a MacBook Pro 2011 ( via BootCamp - Win7 )

The game runs extremely smoothly I’m also using an X-box controller an Oculus Rift. Performs great.

Can’t wait to see what other updates are coming to this well polished game.

[Edit] L.F is one of those games that takes some real skills… ( if you’re a serious pilot turning all flight control aids off ) This is so difficult to master. I have the basics down… but getting to a nav point efficiently is difficult stuff… you could almost say it takes the right stuff  I am so busy with the Oculus Rift looking around me etc… checking angles, descent speed …
