LWRP Instanced Terrain on Android

Having some issues with instanced terrain.

My Setup:
Unity: 2019.2.12f1
Pipeline: LWRP
Rendering: Linear
API: ES 3.0
Platform: Android
Terrain Options: “Draw Instanced” toggled on

In the editor it displays correctly, however on Android the terrain seems to be rendered but is completely offset in the wrong position only when using draw instanced.

Is LWRP still being supported & updated frequently or has the team moved onto URP ?

Is this fixed in URP?
