LWRP - Vertex lighting has been broken since 2.x (including 3.0.0) - only one VL works at a time

Here is a scene with 3 vertex lights. In 1.x, it works fine. All vertex lights are applied correctly.

In 2.x (which is when I reported the bug, but I have tested it and the the issue persists in 3.0.0!) all of the lights seem to inherit the 1st vertex lights position/range/color values. You can see in the screenshot that the sphere is being lit 3x as brightly from the left, because the lights on the top and right are illuminating the sphere from the position of light 1.

I have not received an answer for my bug report yet. I was going to report bugs on Github but the issue section has been closed and developers are told to use the bug reporter instead. Doesn’t seem like it is getting any attention though, as my issues on Github were responded to fairly promptly! I thought maybe the issue fell through the cracks and figured I would ‘bump’ the issue here. :slight_smile:
