Macbook Pro - Unity interface not showing

Hi,

I have just installed Unity 3.5 on a new macbook pro, when I load a project no interface appears and I am left with just my desktop.
Is this a common problem? I did a google search but couldn’t find anything relevant. Any help massively appreciated.

Thank you,
Damon.

Maybe try Spaces. Could be on another desktop or still attached to a second monitor. I have that problem occasionally with the Asset store window.

Still no luck, I have right clicked the application and tried “Show All Windows” but still can’t see the interface.

Does the ~/Library/Logs/Unity/Editor.log say anything?

Hey Graham,

I can’t find any /Library/Logs/Unity Folder, not sure why.

Here is what the console reads,

That’s ~/Library, not /Library. In other words, your user library. If it’s hidden, you’ll have to unhide it.

No, it always does that.

Found the logs:

Nothing odd-looking in that Editor.Log. It looks like Unity is running, but you’re not getting anything displayed. There’s probably a file somewhere that stores the window layout… and maybe that’s corrupted… See Total remove and re-install - Questions & Answers - Unity Discussions.

I have posted a question but in the meantime, if anyone has any other ideas to try I would be very grateful.

I am supposed to be working on a project and can’t even get my software running!

Thanks
