made a enemy spawner. using random range to determine whats spawned (works but not how id like)

hi guys I made a enemy spawner and I am using random.range to chose what spawns and then again to determine the number that spawns.

else//(score > 25 /*&& score <= 50*/)
        {
           var getObject = Random.Range(0,101);
           if(getObject%2 == 0)
           {
            //Debug.Log("number is even");
            objectToSpawn = dartfish;
            difficulty = Random.Range(0,7);
            return difficulty;
           }
           else
           {
            objectToSpawn = razorfish;
            difficulty = Random.Range(0,2);
            return difficulty;
           }
        }

its working as expected but i want a higher chance at getting my razorfish enemy and %2 will only give me a 50% chance of either id like it to lean toward 75% of getting my razorfish. however for the life of me i cannot figure out what i should google to help me achieve this

I may not understand you completely but the following gives you a 75% chance of choosing razorfish:

        if (Random.value < 0.75)
        {
            objectToSpawn = razorfish;
        }
    }
