Is it just me, or does the magic mouse’s scroll wheel not work with GetAxis? Scrolling works fine on my trackpad, but with my magic mouse it does nothing. What’s even weirder, is it works within the Unity editor…
I find it hard to believe I am the only Unity developer who uses Apple’s Magic Mouse
I not really, was the worst mouse since the original 1 button mouse actually and apple replaced it for good reasons …
I for example have none, even a cheap $20 logitech feels better and works better I fear …
I agree – it’s not the best mouse, but almost all of the apple community uses it. Knowing that it doesn’t work with Unity is a problem. I filed a bug report on this about 6 months ago and there has been no update.
You can enquire about the status of the bug by contacting support@unity3d.com with the case number (or alternatively, post it to the thread and I’ll look into it).
