I deleted every object from the scene of my last project and end up noticing that I had lost my camera as well, might have deleted it by mistake and blue screen like in the picture appeared.
To get rid of this I started a new project in hope of seeing the camera but still it opens like only always. it does have “Main Camera” but somehow not visible, I am neither able to drag anything on it nor select anything that is already on it.
Please help or else I will never be able to make games!!! 
Look at your tab, you are on the Game window. You need to reopen your Scene view. Then you will be able to add objects and move your camera.
I don’t know how to reopen scene view.
Sorry, I’m very new to this and I don’t known many things I am still learning.
This is a very easy thing to Google and find out. If you want to be successful and efficient in learning how to program and use Unity, you are going to need to be able to use Google effectively.
But, since you are newbie, go to Window at the top, and select Scene from the dropdown.
I did actually search but you know, with wrong words . Thank you very much for helping btw.
