I do not know what is this called, But I am attaching picture.(credits goes to NFS no limits),
you can see in bg, some golden effect is there and after 2 or 3 seconds it comes…
I think its masking but not confirmed, can anybody suggest, how can I do it?
can be a masked image or a material on a 3D plane which only reflects on certain areas (reflection map or so) and a light source which is animated.
