I have a customer that sent me the attached screenshot. The GUI is all in Unity and (obviously) the text in this screen shot is awful.
Any idea why this is happening and how can I fix it?

I take it the customer is working with a Web build? If so, do you get the same results when you access the build? (I’m assuming not.) What browser is it not working on? What browsers does it work correctly on?
(I don’t know the answer, but these are just some questions to maybe get you pointed in the right direction. From the screenshot at least, it looks like some resource, such as a texture or shader, isn’t available or is not working correctly, but that’s just a guess.)
Yes, it is a web build and it works fine on IE, Mozilla, Chrome …
ALL of the stuff that does not display correctly is just plain text … The other “text” that is readable is actually an image …
I am not doing anything special with the text at all. Should I do something like include a custom font in the build (which I dont currently know how to do)?
You said it works fine in IE, but the customer is using IE. Can you reproduce what the customer is seeing?
Unfortunately, no … I will see if I can get more details on OS, graphics cards etc.
OK, it appears that this customer does not have any DirectX features … Please see attachment.
Amazingly, he is able to work with the 3D geometry just fine. It is only the text that’s a problem.
If there is a way to solve this problem without requiring people to install drivers etc, then I’d really like to know … Please help!
