I've created a split screen game and i've added two different characters . When i start the game and i try to move both of them only one can move then if the one stops then the other moves ... how can i make both of my characters move at the same time

Are you using keyboard input? Note that many keyboards has a limit on the number of buttons that can be pressed at once (or it might be a case that the system that queries the keyboard has this limitation).
This makes split screen gaming on pc with keyboards quite difficult. I remember this problem spanning decades, where I couldn't play split screen keyboard games with my friends since the 90's and ahead.
