Make configurable joint spring to initial rotation?

How do I make a Configurable Joint spring to its initial rotation?

When I set the angular limits to 0 and raise the angular limit’s spring, the rotation is still locked in place.

So how can I get the Configurable Joint to allow the rotation to go past the limits, but spring back in place?

I figured it out. I used the Angular Drive settings to apply spring and damper so it will actively return to its initial rotation.
