I im little new to this, so i just want to know If you can use Makehuman for free in your game without any copyright

Yes you can. The license states pretty clearly that the output(which are the models) can used for commercial purposes. The parts that say something you can’t use would be like the parts that say you can’t use the base mesh on it’s own. For example, I think you wouldn’t be allowed to take the base mesh and sell it on turbosquid. But, the exports that you create I’m understanding are perfectly fine, and the only way to get that “base” mesh is through reverse engineering. So even if you were to not do any modifications and just use the export, that counts.
The actual license on the models is a public domain license. But if you make any modifications, then you create your own copyright for said content as derivative works belong to you. Some licenses make derivative works be forced to use the same license, but this license does not.
