Making a game third person and first person

I am wanting to make a game where you can switch the views from 3rd person to first person. How would I make a third person game and you can switch to first person but still using the third person animations.

In other words
how do I make a third person game.
how do I get it so you can choose between first person and third person and still have the third person player and animations active but look like battlefield or cod when in first person.And how would I add weapons to a third person game.

Thank you and I know this is a lot but I hope you can bear with me untill I can get the hang of this.
