Making an character face away from you

I am new to Unity and am trying to make a character run away from the user. I can make the character move away from the user but I need to also make them face away from the user. Is the a function that does the opposite to the LookAt function?


If you’re making the character run away from the camera, you can set its transform.forward vector to the camera’s forward direction - but zero the Y component, or the character may tilt:

  var dir = Camera.main.transform.forward;
  dir.y = 0;
  transform.forward = dir;
