Making custom grass on custom terrain bend with wind

Not only do I need custom grass to bend on custom terrain, but the terrain is basically just static objects so it cannot really be used as terrain in the script. I need a way to make a script that attached to the grass or whatever and bends it according to unity’s built in wind system.

I also need help making unity speed trees bend with wind if they are not attached or spawned with terrain.
