Making dead body's and gore?

Hay guys, just a quickie, im interested in making dead body limbs and gore, basically im wondering how you make the stringy flesh look like this, if anybody knows any tuts or information i would be very grateful, thanks

Its pretty basic, but not simple to do.
First you make a model in, lets say 3DSmax. Very basic low poly
Second you import it into Zbrush or Mudbox, rise some poly and start sculpting the gore and strings
Third, using now highly detailed high poly model, you generate and export Normal maps / bump maps, displacement maps, ambient oclusion… anything that your engine supports. (You can export them using sculpting tools or ATI GPU Meshwrapper tool)
Fourth you load them all into your engine onto low poly model
Fifth you add some decals for blood on floor, add some lightning
Profit.

However, as i said, its basic, but it aint that easy if ur not an artist,
