Making some materials unaffected by lights?

I’d like to have some materials on a asset be unaffected by lights, ie be fully lit all the time. I’d always thought that changing the texture type to ‘GUI’ would achieve this, however I’ve no realised it doesn’t…

Is there someway to do this in Unity? I’ve found some old threads about it but they were from 2008 and hoped that a solution was availble now?

I think any of self_illumin materials doesnt affect from any lights. try to use those material
