I was working in unity with some friends and when we tried toupload something to plastic this error hapenned, the only thing we did this time was downloading an external package, UPA Toolkit. Please I need help, now everytime we try to open the project it gives us an strange error and uploading things doesn’t work porperly, telling us that "the host has closed the pocket"

Do you need the test package? Remove everything you don’t need, it’s only burning up your time and patience.

About the fastest way I have found to make a project and avoid all this noise is to create the project, then as soon as you see the files appear, FORCE-STOP (hard-kill) Unity (with the Activity Manager or Task Manager), then go hand-edit the Packages/manifest.json file as outlined in the above post, then reopen Unity.
Sometimes the package system gets borked from all this unnecessary churn and requires the package cache to be cleared:
