Is there a PDF file of the current manual available online to print out? Some of us prefer reading letters on paper rather than the screen, and even on-screen, a PDF would be much more portable than the current HTML manual. 
No, we provide the documentation in HTML format only. If you look in the app folder there is a printable.html which is a more printer friendly version of the manual, but it’s not the full set of documentation. Yes this has come up before, a lot (searching should have turned up references to this) but it’s not something we’ve undertaken so far.
