Does anyone know of a software like Genesis3d or World Editor that can be used with Unity for a Mac? I have tried modeling software like Blender, but those are only good for props, I need something that can I can use for level design.

well if level design = includes functionality then the answer is the unity editor and the unity editor only.
If you are talking about the terrain editor, I know about that, but I need something for creating indoor levels
