MARS asking us to Purchase Subscription

We have Unity Pro, but MARS is asking for us to buy a subscription.
How do we resolve this? I’m not seeing any recent install guide made since the license model changed to free with Pro.

Sorry, I need to get an answer on this. We can’t proceed while this is is blocking us.

Hi,
For these issues it is better to contact support Unity Customer Service: Technical Support & Training | Unity

We submitted a bug report, and I’ve been emailing with Matt at the MARS team. Hopefully we’ll find out what’s going wrong soon.

Is there any news on this? Our client is still waiting for us to begin.

Ok, through the support of the License Support crew, we got it to work.
We had to use the manifest.json to update MARS to 1.5 (you can’t update it past 1.3.1 through the package manager… don’t ask me why).
But when we did, we got an error that TimeLine was conflicting in some way.
So we updated TimeLine, and suddenly MARS started to work.
