Masked sprites glitch at larger screen resolutions

Occasionally masked sprites will either not show up or appear glitchy with either bands or offsets (both of which demonstrated in the attached screen grabs). This issue does not seem to be present when the Game View is small, but only when it is larger or maximized.

I’m not sure if this is the same issue as described in several other threads such as this one: Z sorting problems with nested canvases in Unity 5.1.0 - Unity Engine - Unity Discussions
It seems similar, but nobody mentioned Masks or the banding/offset effects.

The above sprites are inside mask images. If any other sprites are dragged into the masks as well, then they also exhibit the effects. This does seem to happen for most masks, but not necessarily all or always.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
