Massive FPS drops - AudioManager.Update - MacOS

Hello,
we are having quite a big issue in unity editor, where even playing 1 audio on a scene causes huge FPS spikes on Mac. This does not happen on windows.
This happens every X seconds, not every frame. Its 100% reproducible.

  • we have all music/ambience set to streaming, vorbis and 60% quality
  • unity 6000.0.23
  • using Sonity, but that uses default unity audio



Any ideas please? Or bug report is the only option.
