Materials are not tiling properly on imported meshes (created in OnShape…if that maters).
I can affect Height map from 0-1 but tiling has no effect…any idea what I’m doing wrong?

You need to set up the UV map for your Mesh. As you can see it’s not just the tiling that’s not working, but the albedo texture is not actually being wrapped around the whole object. It’s just single solid color. That’s because you have no UV map.
