After importing my map into Unity, I found that all the textures import as materials. I looked around and noticed that they didn’t tile. and some didn’t display at all, even though they all have a material. Is there any way to fix this? (See attached images)

you can specify the tiling in the material. As you can see in your screenshot, there is a Tiling input field for both vertical and horizontal axis.
