Very basic question, since I am new to the graphics stuff:
I created a cube in 3D Studio Max, applied a texture, set the UV tiling to 20/20 in the material editor and saved. Then I loaded the .max file in Unity, but there the texture is tiled 1/1. Am I doing something wrong?
No, you need to tile your texture in Max using the modifiers Unwrap or other UV modifiers and then export to Unity.
But the input field for tiling the texture in Unity will alway show 1 to 1 by default, but your texture will be tiled in Unity if you do as aboveā¦
