max export to fbx's error

Need some help please :frowning:
When I export the file, it displays some error:

When I put fbx to the unity, it deformed seriously…

Ive seen this before. If I remember correctly it was about having non-uniform scaled objects in a hierarchy. Take a look at the bones and reset their pivots if you can, you might have to reskin though.
